4. Purchases and Payments

• Payment must be completed through our supported payment methods before delivery.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Game ID and server information before completing a purchase.
• Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and expiration dates.

5. Delivery

In-game currency is typically delivered within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 5 minutes during peak periods. If delivery is not received within 30 minutes, please contact our support team.

6. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the in-game currency has been delivered.
• Refunds may be issued if delivery fails due to a system error on our end.
• Refunds will not be issued for incorrect Game IDs entered by the user.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
